Since starting Tae Kwon-Do in September 2007 I have enjoyed competing in tournaments around the Midlands, Windsor and in Glasgow. Below are the medals and trophies I have achieved as a colour belt.

Whilst at Loughborough University I took on the role of Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the students' Tae Kwon-Do club. This was a great chance to give something back to the sport. It was very rewarding to receive the 'Students' Black Belt of the Year' award one year from the club and Half Colours from the university for success at national level.

Future Goals:

I hope to continue training between Sutton Schools of Tae Kwon-Do and Global TaeKwon-Do UK for as long as I can - working towards my third degree black belt.
